Design Challenge
SigTuple is a data-driven Indian tech startup founded in 2015. The challenge for the team was to create an efficient employer brand. The team created multiple design deliverables including an EVP statement, an employee handbook, office graphics and wayfinding, onboarding decks and employee merchandise. This case study focuses on the employee handbook design.
Solution
We created an easy-to-consume colourful employee handbook which distilled the essence of the employer brand in one single publication. The book contained everything from who SigTuple is, what they do and how they pioneer to company codes, voice and culture.

Define the Next
Titled ‘Define The Next’, the book was a visual journey through SigTuple’s pioneering story. The book design employs bold typography and a carefully crafted colour palette. Conceptual illustrations are used in multiple places to visually depict things like company codes.
