Design Challenge
SigTuple, a healthtech startup, was launching it’s retail healthcare venture - Humain Health (formerly Humain Diagnostics). The challenge was to create a soothing and stress-free healthcare centre experience that would form the blue print for multiple clinics across the country.
Solution
The brand archetype for Humain Health was identified to be a mix of Magician and Sage. The design for the centre tried to bring in aspects that would reflect both these archetypes - minimal and clean design with a lot of whites to reflect Sage and some interesting digital experiences to reflect the Magician aspect. The theme of the space was ‘Zen Garden’ and we tried to bring in elements of green and minimalism to the space.

The registration experience
The registration experience was fully digital with clear steps for visitors to self-register themselves. A help desk was nearby just in case. The waiting lobby had graphics that highlighted the brand’s gamut of offerings and features. A lot of whites and creams along with lighter wood veneers were used to highlight the green in the centre.
The consultation & treatment experience
We used humour in space like blood sample collection room where patients would be most anxious. Consultation rooms had posters which highlighted useful health information about keeping different organs healthy.
The room signage in the clinic sought to bring in a pop of green. Faux grass was used to acheive the look.
Interactive BMI installation
The team designed an interactive BMI installation in the waiting area. To get their BMI, the visitor would have to stand on the designated spot and their BMI would appear on the screen in front of them. Levels of healthy BMI were indicated in an informative chart nearby.
